FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mark founded Office Evolution in 2003 and serves as CEO. Prior to founding Office Evolution, he was a developer and operator of hospitality properties including resort hotels, casinos, retail stores, and restaurants. His passions in business include real estate development, technology, and supporting entrepreneurs. He is an active member of Young President’s Organization/World President’s Organization and has been a member of Urban Land Institute, Vistage, Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and the CU Real Estate Council. He loves to explore and so far has visited 44 countries and climbed 17 peaks in Colorado. Originally from Honolulu, Mark graduated the University of Colorado College of Business. He is married and has three daughters.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
William joined Office Evolution in 2018 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. With over twenty-five years of experience leading service and franchise organizations in the hospitality, executive office suites and software industries, William is known for his expertise in formulating strategy, building brand equity and culture, improving the customer experience, developing profitable new concepts and services, acquisitions and generating excellent P&L results. He has launched and led brands, turned-around companies and built amazing teams. During his career, he has repeatedly produced double-digit growth in sales, revenue and EBITDA; reversed multi-year same-store declines; and achieved record customer satisfaction scores. Originally from Houston, Texas, he enjoys spending time with his family, grilling and entertaining.
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING
Jeff joined Office Evolution in November 2014 as the Director of Digital Marketing. With an extensive digital marketing background focusing on franchises, Jeff leads the overall digital marketing direction for the corporate and franchisee locations. Before joining Office Evolution, Jeff led an internet marketing company working exclusively with franchises. His clients included Hunter Douglas, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Carefree Boat Club, DoodyCalls, Gotcha Covered, Cartridge World as well as other franchise & non franchise clients.
FRANCHISE BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Brad joined OE in 2017. As a Franchise Business Consultant, he coaches Franchisees on maximizing their Unit Economics as well as the overall performance of their Business Centers. Prior to OE Brad worked for two other national franchise brands where he worked with franchisees in starting and growing their businesses after spending 20 years as a Director of Sales for a national advertising company. Brad enjoys SCUBA, hiking, and personal training.
FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Emily joined Office Evolution in January 2014. She formerly managed the Client Care Center for over two years before transitioning into the Development Department. She now participates with the Office Evolution Development Team by coordinating and supporting the Franchise Sales Process from lead generation to buildout. Prior to joining OE, she enjoyed varying positions in Food & Beverage management and hospitality, developing her extensive sales and customer service background.
Sr. Vice President of Finance and Controller
Mike joined Office Evolution in April 2017. He oversees all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions for the company. He has over 33 years of experience having worked in the outdoor advertising, insurance, franchise, manufacturing and financial services industries in the capacity of CFO, Director of Finance and Controller. He spent 6 years as the Controller for the restaurant franchisor, Taco John’s International in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He obtained his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
